Privacy Policy
Last updated: To confirm: date published
This policy explains how Medbli collects, uses and looks after personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and we’ve written this in plain English.
Who we are
Medbli is operated by James D’Arcy To confirm: ABN, and the registered business name once done, based in Brisbane, Queensland. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Medbli.
Medbli is pre-launch
Medbli is not yet providing any service to patients, and this website does not collect patient health information. Health information is “sensitive information” under the Privacy Act, and it’s treated with extra care by law. We don’t want it through this website.
Please don’t send us any patient details or health information through our forms, by email or by phone. If you do, we’ll delete it as soon as we notice and won’t use it.
When Medbli launches a service that handles health information, we’ll publish an updated privacy policy before it starts, explaining how that information is collected, consented to, stored and protected.
